DISCLOSURES
Terms, privacy, and fees
Jobcakes Money is a separate product from Jobcakes. Payment services are provided through Bridge. These pages describe how this product works today.
Product terms
You must use your own legal name and a supported country of residence. Identity verification and Bridge terms are required before payment accounts or wallets are created. Deposits must be sent in your name on supported rails only. Crypto withdrawals are irreversible once submitted to the network. New withdrawal addresses are held for at least 24 hours. Jobcakes Money may freeze an account, cancel pending withdrawals, or refuse a transfer when risk checks fail.
Account provisioning stays disabled until Bridge program approval and compliance review are complete. Digital asset transfers may be irreversible. Contact security@jobcakes.com for support or to report a security issue.
Privacy notice
We store the minimum account data needed to operate the service: your email, display name, country, authentication secrets, session metadata, and an auditable projection of Bridge KYC, balances, virtual accounts, destinations, and withdrawals. Bank instructions are encrypted at rest and shown to you in masked form except when you reveal them. We do not log identity documents, tax identifiers, raw KYC payloads, full bank details, or session secrets. Emails are sent through Mailgun. Bridge is the processor for KYC, balances, deposits, and transfers.
Fee disclosure
Incoming USD and EUR deposits are converted to USDC in a custodial Bridge wallet. The default developer fee is 5% of the deposit. Staff may set a customer-specific rate up to a 10% maximum. The rate in effect when you create a payment account is the rate that applies to that account. You must accept this disclosure before we provision USD or EUR details. Network or exchange fees charged by Bridge may apply in addition to the developer fee.
